HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO REPAIR MY ITEMS?
We'll give you an estimate within 1-2 days. Repair time depends on various factors such as: availability of parts, difficulty of the task, and other devices on our workbenches.
DO YOU ONLY USE ORIGINAL REPLACEMENT PARTS?
Yes, We only use original parts. When a non-compatible part is used, two things can happen: device won't work or device will be further damaged.
We will continue to answer questions and concerns through our website, email, and Facebook. We will continue to work on devices as long as we are allowed, even if we can't open to the public.
Devices that are already in our location will not incur late or loss fees until after the Mandate is lifted.
